Question #1:	Jim Rose	Sacrifice what you are for what you can become.	This is a great country where we can step-out and do something uncomfortable to achieve in a job, an organization, a home, etc.
Question #2:	Kati Ausen	Doing best in this moment puts you in best place for next moment.	This is really a spiritual concept, but people should also recognize and enjoy the consequences of their actions.
